The MKS OCS pulse generator is a variable speed pulse generator to control the speed of a stepper motor.  The speed can be changed by turning the potentiometer or by changing the jumpers on the board.  The board has the option to generate a frequency signal or a PWM signal.  Each signal has 3 range options: Low, Middle and High which ranges from 80Hz to 160kHz.  Within each range the frequency can be adjusted by the potentiometer.
