We can ship to virtually any address in the world. We use The Courier Guy, Fastway Couriers and Aramex for local deliveries. For international deliveries we use DHL or Aramex. You will be provided with a tracking number to track your parcel as soon as it has been given to the couriers.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Please also note that the shipping rates for the items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kg.

Free Shipping - Your order may qualify for free shipping if you order products with a value of more than R1000. Should you qualify, this option will appear when you need to choose the shipping option. The limitations of a parcel qualifying for free shipping is a maximum weight of 15kg and a maximum length of 2m. Repairs and technical service are excluded from free shipping, custom shipping quotes need to be done for shipping of these orders. Terms and conditions apply.
Standard shipping: Gauteng - Your parcel will be delivered to an address in Gauteng within 1 - 2 working days when sending to a Major Centre. The cost for a 0-15kg parcel is R99.95 and for a 15-30kg parcel is R199.95. We will select the most suitable courier service provider depending on your shipping option, parcel specifications and delivery address.
Standard shipping: Outside of Gauteng - Your parcel will be delivered to an address which is outside Gauteng within 2 - 4 working days when sending to a Major Centre. The cost for a 0-15kg parcel is R199.95 and for a 15-30kg parcel is R299.95. We will select the most suitable courier service provider depending on your shipping option, parcel specifications and delivery address.
Express shipping to Gauteng - We will ensure your parcel is delivered as soon as possible! Your parcel will be delivered to an address in Gauteng within the same day or 1 working day when sending to a Major Centre. The cost for a 0-15kg parcel is R199.95. We will select the most suitable courier service provider depending on your shipping option, parcel specifications and delivery address.
Pick-up: Place your order online and collect it at our store in Centurion or Boksburg to save time or to send a driver or courier. You will receive and email when your order is ready for collection. Over the counter sales are also welcome.
Please note: When delivering to remote areas, an additional 48-72 hours should be added to the delivery times stated above.
If you qualify and make use of the free shipping promotion, we preserve the right to choose the type of shipping to use for your order.
Shipping options outside of South Africa:
We use DHL and Aramex for our international shipping. The cost will be calculated after you have checked out and before you make payment.
Returns Policy
You may return products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product as long as the item is in its original condition. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (for example if you received an incorrect product). If you ordered the wrong item or are unhappy with product, you will be responsible for the shipping cost as well as the return shipping cost (if applicable).
You can expect to receive your refund within 2 to 3 weeks after giving your package to the return shipper, however in many cases you will receive a refund a lot quicker. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (1 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1 to 5 business days).
