Content Creator (Centurion)

(Salary: R8 500 – R12 000 pm)

We are looking for a new Content Creator who will be in charge or running our Social Media channels, namely Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. The following criteria best describes what we expect of someone who would fit this role:

• Record and Edit long form videos for the YouTube channel (new products, tips and tricks, beginner's guides etc).

• Record and Edit short form content for YouTube Shorts, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.

• Share the knowledge you've learnt in the process of researching for a video with the rest of the staff (mainly technicians or staff who works storefront)

• Capture and clean up Product Photos of new products or old ones which might have changed their design.

• Upload Product Photos to Shopify and try to keep every product is up to date.

• Work together with Juanita (Marketing) to plan out content for future events and upcoming public holidays etc.

• Represent Marketing in the Weekly meetings (share updates, current works in progress etc.)

• Help out with designing of Web banners, flyers etc.

• Be in charge of the storefront, keep it clean and update the product displays.

• Be on top of the social media channels, respond to all comments and assist in any way you can, you can redirect them to sales or technical etc. if it is relevant. This includes YouTube comments as well.

• Well-spoken English is a necessity.

• Good research skills needed, you need to be able to learn about a new product fast so that you can relay that information clearly and accurately.

• Keep track of monthly statistics on the Social Media channels so to follow growth patterns.

You will also be expected to work some weekends and also help out in the shopfront if we are understaffed on certain days.

Printing Technician @ Centurion

(Salary: R6 000 – R10 000 pm)

The role of Printing Technician entails that you will be printing client orders which were either designed by us, or sent in from the clients themselves. There are also a few other responsibilities like working the storefront, answering calls and emails etc.
Here is a list of all major responsibilities:

• Printing of Client Prints
• Email Support
• Whatsapp Support
• Answering of phone calls
• Assist in Shopfront
• Maintain company printers which are used for Client Prints
• Required to work some weekends (only Saturdays)
